"My
goal is to develop long-term relationships with our clients; indeed, I hope to
add each new client to our growing list of friends. To accomplish this, we
strive to provide every client with the very best solution possible. This means
that we will accept an assignment only if we are sure our expertise will enable
us to meet the client's needs. If we cannot meet those needs, we will attempt
to find or recommend someone who can, and our many years of networking within
the diversity community puts us in a good position to do
so."
