Strategic Planning

 

Starting with your company’s goals and working with people at all levels of the organization – from the board room to the cubicle – we can help you incorporate the benefits of attention to diversity into your strategic plans.

We can assist with the development, evaluation, and implementation of Affirmative Action Plans and can lead your organization through diversity audits.  We can help your organization successfully create and implement a employee nondiscrimination policy that ensures  fairness and equality for all stakeholders.

We will work with you each step of the way to ensure that your specific organizational needs are identified, articulated and met, and that your business receives the most value for its investment.

 

Employee Resource Groups

 

Employee Resource Groups, bringing together staff having similar backgrounds, can be of significant value to a company.  such groups can provide employees with support, mentoring, and a greater sense of community, while providing management with a single point of reference when dealing with diversity planning and issues. But organizing such groups can require more time and energy than your staff may be able to dedicate.

We can take over the job of organizing one or more employee resource groups for you.  We have done this many times, so we “know the drill.”  From initial interest polls to establishing communications between the group and the corporation, our standardized procedures will accomplish your goals in an efficient and timely manner.

 

Diversity Training

 

We provide customized training in a variety of diversity-related topics such as managing a diverse workforce, sensitivity training, and effective communications.  If your organization has a management or diversity training need, we can develop an effective solution.  But there is one area that is special to us – transgender education.  While most other areas of diversity have been addressed – at least to some extent – within the workplace, transgender issues have not yet been considered to any significant extent.  Our President, Janine Johnson, is a highly knowledgeable and skilled educator who is dedicated to providing transgender training that meets the needs of your organization.
